Our adventure begins early in the morning when we board our comfortable tourist transport for a scenic 2-hour journey to the charming town of Mollepata. Along the way, we pass through picturesque villages like Poroy and Limatambo, enjoying stunning Andean landscapes.
Upon arrival in Mollepata (2,790 meters above sea level), the small group will share a delicious breakfast before continuing to the Soraypampa base camp (3,910 meters). From here, we start an invigorating 1.5-hour hike ascending to the incredible and radiant Huamantay Lake (4,200 meters).
