Asado Barbecue Experience invites you to an intimate, fireside dining experience offered exclusively at our two restaurant locations. Designed for a select group of up to 12 guests, this immersive asado journey brings you closer to the fire, the chef, and the artistry behind every dish.

Seated in our private grill salon, guests enjoy a 14-course tasting menu that showcases the finest expression of our live-fire cooking. Each course is served directly from the flames, creating an unforgettable dining experience that unfolds right before your eyes.

To elevate the evening even further, we offer our Private Collection Wine Pairing, a curated selection crafted to complement each step of the menu. This exclusive pairing can be added when booking or upon arrival. Please note that this is the only wine pairing available for the Chef’s Counter experience, and we do not offer wine by the bottle or glass.

We also gladly accommodate dietary needs—including gluten-free and vegetarian menus—simply let us know your preferences when making your reservation.
