Overview

More than just a cooking class, this is a relaxed cultural experience built around empanadas, wine, and Argentine hospitality. In a warm Palermo Hollywood atelier, host Aby guides you through making two classic empanadas entirely from scratch — no experience needed — before everyone sits down to share the meal together over a bottle of Malbec. The spirit of the afternoon is unhurried and social: cooking with your hands, swapping stories, and enjoying good food and good company the way locals do. It works just as well for couples and solo travelers in the shared format as it does for families, who can book a private version designed for adults and kids to cook side by side. It’s an authentic, welcoming way to take a piece of Argentine kitchen culture home with you.
